Bimmerfest East - Englishtown, NJ

So no more Aberdeen this year. How many people are going to make the trek to NJ this year? I am already going to MPACT which I think will be better.

I'm going to try to go, will miss the 40 minute drive up 95, to now 4 hours, just to hang in the humid heat for a few hours. The organizers said they want to get more out of BFE, and needed more space to do so, they said to stay tuned for announcements. I don't know if they plan on doing any motorsport events, but with MPACT really pushing the envelop, maybe they're feeling the pressure

I really enjoyed the Aberdeen location. I like that they added drag racing, but I doubt I will make it due to the distance. I doubt it will grow as much this year as it has in years past.

The NY/NJ/NE is stoked that Bimmerfest is in their area; I'm pretty sure it'll be bigger than Aberdeen

Just moved to the DMV area and was amped to have easy access to bimmerfest east fest this year - only to find out it's been moved.

Still real hype regardless - if anyone is organizing a cruise out there I'd be glad to join.

I will go to BFE and see what it's like. The drag racing idea is quite inferior compared to MPACT's event. Plus, drag racing a BMW... LULz! What next, drag racing Hondas? </endridiculoussarcasm>

I hope I can make both events. MPACT really has great shows year after year. BFE needs to step it up big time. And being in NJ... why NJ... why... *barf*
