SuperCharger Vs Turbo kit for BMW 95 e36 M3

Sup People, I have a 36 M3 dont know what I want to do with it . Its lowerd and has exhaust, but I would like a bit more power.
I was think about doing a engine swap. but that can be a mission I dont want to get into . its up in the AIR..tho.
So why not ask ppl who know . please I want to hear what ppl have to say about this one.

No need to swap , go turbo. All the power u want

You have a 20 year old motor. Don't expect to significantly increase its power without issues. You can refresh, rebuild, or build it. You can supercharge or turbocharge it. You can swap in an S54 or Chevy V8. What do you want for power and how much do you want to spend? A $5k car with $10k worth of mods and work is worth $7500. Is there something else you would rather have for $15k?

maybe gain - 50 or 100 more HP and have about 2000-4000 to spend. O yea a buddy might have a Zo-6 eng. that he might want to sell..

Get your friend to give you the z06 motor so you can spend your $4k installing it in the e36 and making it work.
