    E36 325 water blockage

    Just had a head gasket done on my car & the idiot who done the job can't bleed the system to clear an air blockage any ideas please I have been told to burp the radiator ??? I understand what it is but not sure if I should do this

    Cracking video m8 thanks will it work after having a head replacement coz the temp on mine goes right up and looks like it's going to over heat and over flow the expansion tank ?

    The moment you fire up the motor the water pump turns. Assuming the pump is working the system should naturally create a "vacuum" for the fluid. If the thermostat is stuck, then fluid will not flow, and engine temp will rise until boom. Most water pump changes require thermostat change too. I would be very cautious at this point though. Please change oil and look for milky color--that will indicate coolant/water in oil, I.e. head gasket blow out. It may have failed again...
