DIY thread posted last night, but not approved yet by mod??

Hi guys, I have not been on here for a while, but wanted to share my recent N52 thermostat DIY, posted the thread and it said a moderator has to approve it (not sure why that is, but anyway), and it is obviously still pending or has been rejected?

I think if you include pics in your post, it needs approval if your post count is under 10.
My guess is that it's pending still.

Okay, that is possibly the reason. Thanks.

Oh well, thanks mods, don't worry about my DIY thread, clearly it's not interesting enough to post, or relevant...

You just need a certain amount of posts to post with images as 323i E30 explained. Has nothing to do with how interesting or relevant it is.

And I suppose the fact that I have been registered here for quite a while means nothing, I think this is probably why I have not really been all that active here to begin with. But anyway, I understand the rule, maybe I will find something arbitrary to post and make up the required 10 posts. LOL

Sometimes it could be as simple as you are posting from a location that has been associated with SPAM... it probably has been approved by now, but if it hasn't just let one of us know and we can find it and approve it.
Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by hundreds of engineers that get paid thousands of dollars for something you bought at Pep Boys because your buddy who doesn't have a job told you it was 'better'?!?

One can always count on the Dowager Countess of Grantham for an answer:

Not so much a signature as a cry for help.

Hold on, saw this in a cartoon once...think I can pull it off.

Again, if I could only have posted a pic to begin with this would have been easier - anyway, E90 330i with the N52B30 engine. LOL

Well if you have a how to.. It kinda already sounds specific.. I would recommend you posting it in that specific forum so it can be looked at and used properly instead of general.... Logical and all..
