1999 Estoril Blue M Coupe
Estoril/Black Leather Interior
s52 3.2 inline 6-cylinder with 5speed manual transmission
123,500 miles
Why is it for sale?
I just purchased a Father/Son project car to work on with my father and I need to free up the space.
General Overview:
Car is an excellent 'driver quality' car. This means it's reliable, in mechanically good shape and drives great; it also means that it has it's bumps and bruises. I want to be as honest as possible in both pictures and description. The car is 98% stock save AKG FCAB, clear markers, m3 color stripes on the driver front kidney
The good:
- Clean title. The car not appear to ever been in any accidents (all stickers/vin tags intact)
- It's very dependable and drives excellent
- It pulls strong, shifts great and the diff is quiet
I was told the clutch/flywheel were replaced around 105k but have no proof...- Since I bought it, I've replace the following:
- Front Control arm (New OEM BMW)
- FCAB- AKG (a little noisey )
- Both Tie Rod assemblies
- Both Front Sway bar links and bushings
- Front Brakes Pads - Hawk HPS
- Front Brake Rotors
- 4 Bridgestone re-11a in factory sizes
- Radiator (installed on 3/15/15)
- Water Pump with metal prop (installed on 3/15/15)
- Upper and lower coolant hose (installed on 3/15/15)
- Metal Thermostat housing with Thermostat (installed on 3/15/15)
- Fan Delete (installed on 3/15/15)
- Whalen Solid Seat Bushing*
- Glovebox Sag Fix *
- (*=have parts but not installed, but might be soon)
The Bad:
- The front bumper is cracked/Scuffed
- The hood is rock chipped
- There is rust on the drivers door at the bottom
- There is rust on the lower fender panel between the door and the front wheel (drivers side)
- There are two small surface rust spots where the drivers rear side glass meets the quarter panel
- Rust on both mirror bases
- Rust bubbling around hatch lock
- There are dings
- There is a 1/16th" crack on the diff mount ear- has not grown since I bought it.
- It needs shocks/struts to replace the current OEM setup. I wanted to run coilovers.
- All wheels have peel clear and pitting; a little rash on a couple wheels
- After sitting all winter, the AC blows cool at best... not cold.
This is a drivers car that shows well from 7 feet away... its not perfect, please see the pictures.

I have $10.5k, will that be enough to pry her from your vice like grip ? I really don't have a penny more but do have the cash sorted.
Sorry, it takes a little more than $10,500!

Here is the last update: I accepted $11,000 via ebay and the buyer backed out. IF you're a buyer at $11,000, reach out to me at 314-614-1478. Other than that, the wife has taken it over as a daily driver and I her Mini Cooper.
