There is also this place - http://www.bavengine.com/ where they sell both used and rebuilt engines for BMWs with warranty. 2 years for used and 5 years for rebuilt.

I feel bad for anyone paying that much for one of these engines. Go to a junkyard with a fresh E30 (so it hasn't been sitting too long exposed to the elements) and find one with accident damage so you know it was the accident that took the car out. Most yards have at least a 30 day warranty/return/replacement offered so swap it in and see how it goes, most yards will even let you test them and if its fresh in the yard should still have a key, bring a battery and start it up - or let the yard know your looking for one of those engines so they will call you when the next one comes in so you can start the engine before the gas is drained.
I could buy 5 M20's for $1000 in my area and guaranteed at least 3 will be good runners.

E30 is an old model but its very good in driving.I like it so much.Actually i am also interested in the old models of BMW so i contact with a dealer and then buy these car on a manageable price but i am in the habit to but the parts or single engine.I bought the whole car.

Why, what happened to yours? Find a 2.7 at the junkyard and put your top end on it. Junkyard M20 will probably cost you $300
