Just checked my vin to see what kind of audio system I have and stuff and I seen that my car only has 225 power ?? What does that mean ?? How do I find out what audio system do I have ?? Try a different VIN checker like www.bmwarchive.org the 225 power Is in kilowatts or something like that. But it is 300 horsepower.

I believe the hifi is the stock sound system unless your speakers have another logo on it. And what makes you think you don't have the m package?

no M on wheel. Idk ?? And I only have 2 speakers under seat 2 on doors. And 2 on where passages sit. No tweeters or nothing :/

I mean I would trust what the build sheet says your car has ...if it IS just the basic system now, but it says HiFi on the build sheet (which it does, option code S677A "HiFi System Professional DSP HiFi System Professional DSP") then a previous owner downgraded it for some reason...

S7XAA is also the option code for the M-badged steering wheel, if your car also does not have that steering wheel, something is quite odd here. Are you sure you are putting in the correct VIN? Maybe try a different VIN check website, this is pretty reliable usually:

Your build sheet is not consistent with the options you are listing which is a big red flag to me...

Ask them what options your car should have... your build sheet and the options you are telling us it has do not line up. That might be a bigger deal than you think...
