How do I rotate the pics I upload from my computer? They all upload upside down.

you have to upload them in the proper orientation, i dont think you can do it later. what file format are you using and what machine?

Jpg on my Mac. They are already upright but uploads upside down

They are probably originally upside down, but you have reoriented them in a viewer that puts them right side up for you to view. If you open the files in another viewer you will see they are upside down. If you use an on-line service like photobucket, you can manipulate the files after you upload them to there then provide links for use in posts like these.

Or, if you have some other file program (something that does things other than simple viewing) on your mac you should be able to reorient the files.
