E36 M3 coupe black rear seats and side panels

Rear seats - $225 (Local sale only)
Price is for the bottom seat cushion, back, side bolsters, and headrest. Seat belt receptacles not included.
There are some scratches on the plastic lip at top of the backside of the rear seats. Looks like it may have happened from hauling heavy cargo with the rear seats folded down. It is only visible when the seats are down. I would give these seats a 7/10 for a couple of indentations and scratches.

Rear seat insulation - Best offer (Not Pictured, can probably ship)
The removable insulation from directly under the rear seat cushion. I would say it's in good shape for what it is. Didn't rip it upon removal.

Rear side panels - $50 (for the pair, I am able to ship)
There are some indentations in the arm rest, not sure from what. One side is starting to sag under the armrest.
