Circle BMW is the worst

I will never buy a BMW ever again. Great car. Nothing like driving 125 miles an hour across the empty desert. Great ride. It's the dealers ripping you off and giving you terrible service. First, they sell me this "ding" insurance for over $2,500 that they tell me they are not going to honor. Then Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ tells me they can't accept my car for a lease return because I didn't buy it from them. I was told by Desert BMW that I can return it to any dealership in the country. Apparently, Circle BMW is not in the country. BMW USA told me the same thing.

Circle BMW asked me if I was purchasing anything there, and the second I said I wasn't they said they would call back. They NEVER did. Then they sent me a survey!

Disgusted! I thought BMW was different. I thought the Brand meant something. Instead, BMW is just another sleazy car company.

Man a dealership doesnt even = the company. BMW makes cars, dealerships sell and repair them.

So you leased a 750 and paid 2500 for ding insurance . . . . . Both of which sound like very poor decisions.

Also, I'd think most dealerships would be happy to sell a low mileage fleased vehicle. Call up another dealership nearby and ask them. If it's BMW NAs policy to accept those vehicles anywhere, call them and they can strong arm 'Circle BMW' into taking the lease.
