The brake pads are shifting in the caliper. Do the rear brakes has oem pads? Do the rear brakes have anti-rattle clips?

Put some copper lube or anti-seize on the contact points between the pads and the carrier. Not where it touches the caliper on the backs of the pads, but where it contacts the carrier on each end. while you're there, make sure none of the mounting bolts are loose.
