I'm allow to have only 1 private message?

Please help, newbie to messages, I received 1 PM and the site said:

1. Your PM Box is near capacity. To continue to receive important messages from members and moderators, please delete the messages you no longer need. You can also save your old messages to your computer through the download drop down at the bottom of your inbox.

can someone please tell me how to increase the size of message box?

You are new.

You need to add to the community before you are trusted with things like multiple PM's.

Sorry, what does it mean to be "added to community" ?
I'm a member since June of 2011, is the community time sensitive or is it activity sensitive?

I think it's based on post count, not on time as a member. Post a bit more and you'll get more PM capacity. Also - posts in OT don't add to your post count.

i'm usually a bit leery of posting, I feel most people "post just to post" and can cause more confusion in the topic...
I understand the responsibility of community and will add my 2 pennies worth when i have something meaningful to share.

If you dont have any idea what your talking about, just post anyways, and assert you are right. That is what most of us do anyways.

Asking questions will also bolster your post count. So, even if you don't think you can contribute to a discussion, you can always ask.

Well that explains it. I was wonder this myself.. Kind of hard to have a conversation with someone when trying to square up an issue when you cant have more than one lol.
