Hey guys, I just got a 2011 335 i x drive fully loaded with m sport and the performance package, I was wondering what I could do on it for improvements in both aesthetics and performance. As this is my first car and first BMW, I'm new to this so your opinions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
You got a new 335 as your first car?.... Damn.

I recently installed the jb4 and BMS dci and the oil catch can. I am more than happy! I use the auto tune map personally and set to leave both exhaust pipes open for sound and sweeping gauges at start up. I bought from burgertuning the best $600 I have spent plus $230 for oil catch can. I also added 19" beyern rims and got rid of run flats. Then added led smoked tail lights to the back for looks. I took the oem plastic from the inside truck area off my originals ones and put on the after market ones so it can pass inspection since it says (dot) on it. Then swapped the front grill out for a black one. It is very fast now and looks nice! Hope yours turns out great as well!Originally Posted by Stratman335
I wanted to look in to the jb4 chip, but I didn't want to void my warranty... Any way around that?
It's strange because their parents bought them their cars. And a quick one at that. Enough to wreck around a tree because it's his first car.Originally Posted by txvette

Let's just say that BMWs are about a lot more than the engine. That said, the N55/54 are fabulous, but the N/A N52 is also a gem and last of its kind for North American market. No wrong choices here.

I would avoid Kumho's but that's me.
I can't wait to ditch these RF's, they are simply the worst thing ever. I have felt like the car was about to push off the road so many times in the 2 weeks i've owned it I could scream.
Just waiting for my Pilot Supersports to show up.
