Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the gtx wheel upgrade as It would have taken a couple weeks to get the wheel and I need the car moved by Nov 1st. Got the turbo upgraded to the 360 bearing and rebuilt. Springtime I will order the gtx wheel and pull the turbo again to have it installed. By that time I should have a garage and I won't be so rushed.

Wow, the last time I tried to do a burnout in my car with a open diff, it stalled out.... I'm impressed your car can do a brake stand let alone with a limited slip rear and not stock tires.

How hard was it to get to the turbo? Ive been going from the top down pretty much, did you go from underneath? How long has it taken you?

Car has been moved to the garage finally. Engine has been burning a ridiculous amount of oil almost 1 quart per 300kms. Especially bad blue smoke during long decel down hills and after WOT when the vacuum reaches its peak. Been talking lots with HITMANX but figured i would share on the board as well

The plug was not soaked but definitely looked like some build up of burnt oil. Putting together the parts to do a leak down test.
In the mean time finally put in my euro grills and lights. Still need to wire and paint grills but wanted some sort of positive vibe leaving today.

I'm gonna totally derail your thread a second, how did you end up mounting your euro plate frame? So far my only idea is pull the bumper off and just feed bolts through, but to date I have not successfully removed a euro front bumper on one of these cars.
My front plate is just held on with 3M tape right now, which a e23 owner over in the UK told me thats what a lot of Europeans end up doing, so I guess its kinda correct. I'd still like to have a frame though.
