I was going to do shipping rates on an individual basis, but yeah it'd be a lot simpler if it was flate rate

so we'll just call it $225 total including PP/shipping

No need to pay the remainder yet; i'll send paypal requests to people once splitters are ready to ship (that will probably happen in groups). I'm hoping to have more of that figured out end of this week, as well as ship a few sets

Fitment looks excellent based on your prelim fitment pics. I had a new pair of authentic ACS splitters several years ago and upon test fitting them (without any hardware) they fitted like a size 38 on a size 32 waist.

picked up the first set today, that will ship out tonight/tomorrow to the first person in line

The week of April 15-21 is when the first big batch will be done, probably 15 sets (there is a possibility i'll receive all of them by then, which would be cool)

If they're not all finished by then, it'll just be the following week for any remaining sets

Between now and the end of the week i'll send out paypal requests for the first fifteen guys, If anyone doesn't respond to / pay the PP request by the end of next week (april 14) they'll just get bumped down the list until they're paid in full.

If you knew what you were doing, you could use some sort of heavy duty body panel adhesive. Originally these are designed to be screwed in though. No Predrilled holes, but you can see where the original holes were.
