Cliff notes:

2003 AW 6 speed on red interior.. Lots of decent mods, looks clean and decently low miles.

If it were a 2006 with those miles and no mods, sure. You could MAYBE ask that kind of money. But e46 m3's are hitting rock bottom. But, I'm sure someone with way too much money will fall in love with it. It is tasteful as far as mods go.

I'm sure there's more to it wrong than an O2 sensor and some peeling clear. That's a damn good price for a low-mileage estoril; I'm betting there's something else scaring people away.

I thought 98's had 3 spoke steering wheels? I wish he had some pictures of the clear coat peeling. Cars is 2.5 hrs away from me otherwise it'd be worth checking out. If anyone here knows more please post.

98 was the year that wheel was introduced so this was probably a late 97 build date titled as a 98 or early 98 build.
