It might be somewhere in the settings for the DSC module... check out the mk60 in INPA, might be easier to find.

For future references ... thanks to fnc1

    DIS:
    To Dyno the Car:

under DMS > Test plan > Service Functions > 12. Dyno/Rolling Road function.

Don't even waste your time with DIS, this worked like a charm on mine even when DIS failed, read post 14 and on:

    Too many to list.
With all due respect, maybe it's a 3 series thing, but that guy is a pompous @$$.

Haha, I know I didn't take him seriously at all, until I tried it and it worked.
There's a video of my car somewhere in the later pages.
I think he says something like "I am the M3 dyno master, listen to me!".

Screen shots for those that can't find it:

    First "Function Selection"
    Then click "Test Schedule":

    next the right arrow

    and you'll see this screen

click the right arrow again and it'll bring you here click on "service functions"

Voila item 12 "Operation on roller dynamometer

Click "continue" and then hold the DSC button down for 10 seconds

my next question is.. how long does it stay in dyno mode? does DIS have to stay connected? is it until u turn off the ignition? can i set it at home before i go to the dyno?

It stays in Dyno mode until you turn the car off - once on the DSC light disappears and you can't turn it back on by pushing the button. Once you turn the car off and back on it goes back to normal, but it'll register a 'fault code' within DSC which you should clear with DIS.
