    Nope, the m3 auto is is very different from the 4 speed auto in the 328. Different brand, different length, different output flange pattern (larger diameter). You would need a different length driveshaft different engine harness, different tranmission controller at a minimum. You might need different coding on the DME (engine computer) as well, not sure about this.
