Talking FS: Eclipse CD8053 HU, Rare deck, 16V balanced outputs, PEQ, Active Xover, etc.

Really don't want to get rid of this, but I have a new deck for iPod compatibility, so this one needs to go. If you're on this page, you probably already know a lot about this deck. It is a pre-amp only, you need a separate amplifier. It contains balanced 16V outputs for use with a balanced amp or the converter (not included). Otherwise there are 8V preouts. It has an advanced PEQ and active crossover as well as time alignment for a wide variety of setups. It's in excellent shape, and I don't remember it ever skipping a CD. It will come with the knob remote (not cheap), trim ring, cage (used, but they can be re-used plenty of times), harness, and manual. These decks are still used in SQ competitions, and you'll understand why when you turn it on.

Here is a standard feature list:

I had one of these in my Prelude. If you don't need an internal amp, it's pretty much the best HU you can buy. GL with the sale; these regularly fetch more than your asking price on eBay...

Thanks man, I honestly hated to take it out, but I needed something with iPod integration because I was tired of manually changing songs via the aux input. Sale is pending though.
