E32 model emblem placement measurements?

So I'm about to replace my old roundels with new ones, and I thought I'd replace my early 750iL "straight" badge with the later "italic" version.

From this style:

But what I can't find are the exact measurements needed to place the new badge in the factory position... there's nothing that sticks out more to me on a BMW than a model badge in the wrong spot.

The online TIS's I've looked at don't have the info for the E32, like other models...

2 Repair Instructions -> 51 Body -> 14 Emblems doesn't seem to exist for the E32.

Anyone have the measurements?
If not, I can always take that high resolution image and sort it out, but I'd rather not. Ah well.

I've confirmed that the non-online version of TIS doesn't have it either.

Guess I'll figure it out based on the picture of the BMW Classic car.

from the bottom of the badge to the edge down of the trunk is 28mm
from the farthest right point of the "L" to edge of trunk to the right is 47mm

Just curious where are you sourcing the italic 750iL badge from? is it an e38 badge?

See realoem, there was a change in 1992, older version was from start of E32 production ... — '92, July

lol I have a 6(July)-92 build date and I have the old style "straight" font.....hmmmm
